We have managed to secure a fantastic trip to Billingsgate Market in London

The biggest inland fish market in the Uk. 25 tonnes of seafood products are sold through Billingsgate market each year.

This is open to all Young Fish Friers  over 18 years old and under the age of 26.

It is a great opportunity to learn about our amazing industry and make new friends.

Spaces are limited to 12,  so it will be on a strictly first come first served basis.

When?

Date: Tuesday 16th July

Time: 6am -12pm

Activities include:

– Tea and coffee, brief introduction

-Market visit which includes seeing as many species of fish and shellfish that are available that day.

-Breakfast to purchase

-Group  demonstration and activity at the seafood school.

-Tempura tasting and a blind tasting session.

Cost of Billingsgate tour-  Free fully funded 

If you require accommodation the night before we recommend the premier Inn Canary Wharf. 

Accommodation will need to be paid for by individuals.

We can meet on the evening for a social event.
