Times – 8.30am – approx4.30pm

Cost for members – £250.00 plus vat per person – A saving of £100.00 off the non-member cost.

The course is suitable for all levels of experience. It is a great opportunity to train and motivate your team to be the best. The course will include potato prep including rumbling, fish cutting, preparing the batters and looking at consistency, oil management, frying the fish & potato products to a quality standard that you would be more than happy to sell to a member of the public.
