The NFFF have appointed Kim Phillips as it’s new Office Operations Manager. Kim has years of experience working for trade associations in the building industry and is keen to get stuck into the role supporting the fish and chip trade.

We have also added to our administration team. Janet Turner has joined the NFFF office team as Admininstration and Finance Assistant.

NFFF President Andrew Crook said “The NFFF has changed over the past decade as we have become much more effective representing the industry. We have a strong team at board level ready to face the challenges ahead and our office team is working harder than ever to support members so the time was right to strengthen the team. We are really looking forward to working with Kim and Janet, they need to hit the ground running with current events but I am sure they will have a huge impact on our organisation and mean we can increase our support for the fish and chip industry!”
