The petition for a dedicated UK Minister for Hospitality has now gone over the 100,000 target to get it considered for discussion in parliament.
The petition was started back in October by Claire Bosi of Chef and Restaurant Magazine and was at around 62,000 mid week this week but a final push ,including many fish and chip business sharing the link, has seen it smash through the target in a matter of days!
let’s hope we get the result we need.
