NFFF Covid Advice
Andrew Crook - NFFF President
August 19, 2020

Over the past weeks, we have had many members asking us about the above, and today was no exception!

It is up to every business owner/manager to do everything ‘reasonably practicable’ to prevent the onward transmission of the virus, and to follow ‘social distancing guidelines’ which are still 2 metres where practicable (here it is again!), but 1 metre with ‘control measures’ which can include screens, face shields etc. The last substantial piece of advice posted by the HSE (Health and Safety Executive) was 23rd June this year, and it was well written, clearly detailed and easy to understand, but as we learn more about the virus, and we have done since March, advice will continue to change/evolve and I would recommend you sign up to the HSE bulletins, so any advice will go straight to your inbox; the good news is we will continue to receive this valuable information, and summarise if necessary anything you need to know or do!
