The NFFF are hosting a workshop for fish and chip shops to try a new source of fish for the industry, Pacific Hake. The workshop will take place on Monday the 27th of March at 11.30 until 1.30 at the NFFF HQ in Leeds.

In a bid to break new ground in the UK market, Pacific NorthWest Seafood – a collaboration between Oregon Department of Agriculture and Western United States Agricultural Trade Association (WUSATA) – recently collaborated with five key fish and chip shops offering customers the chance to sample battered Pacific Hake. Following the taste-test, customers were asked to fill out a survey – the results of which speak for themselves.
