Over 200 years later, we still make the vinegar using the same unique, traditional methods. Brewed from British malt and fermented with larch wood wool from Wales. Unlike so many other vinegars – it is matured in wooden vats for 7 days. This gives the rich malty and tangy flavours unmistakeably belonging to Sarsons.
