Well, we don’t see many like this now and this range has certainly provided a long service to the industry.
Purchased in 1962, the range was included in the sale of the shop to its current owner in 1973. The range was purchased by the original owner for £1,000 and has been frying fish and chips until October 2019. It has 3 frying pans each with 12 x 1000kw heaters plus the fan, fish box and 2 chip boxes. It may well be due a little restoration work and is now looking forward to a well-deserved retirement.
