JJ Foodservice has launched ‘Thank You Awards’ to give staff who go the extra mile for colleagues and customers £250 worth of shopping vouchers.  

“Getting recognition from your colleagues is a great way to make staff feel valued,” said Jaz Sandhu, Learning & Development Manager at JJ Foodservice. “We care passionately about our people, which is why we are keen to recognise and reward those making a difference.”  

Any member of staff can nominate a colleague (or themselves) and there will be one winner every month. People with the most nominations are circulated to the JJ Awards Committee.  

“Whether you win or not, being nominated is a great way to raise your visibility with our senior management team,” said Jaz. 

The winner of the first official awards, which took place in July, is Adlene Rezzouk, Goods Receiving Manager at the Enfield Branch (pictured).  

Adlene received £250 worth of Love2Shop vouchers, a thank you card from HR and a very long list of why he was nominated by fellow colleagues.  

Every person who is nominated receives a thank you message from the HR team.
