More areas are moving up a tier from 00:01 tomorrow morning.. more to follow
Matt Hancock says the NHS is under stress as his department issues list of areas moving to Tier 4 from the beginning of tomorrow.
The Midlands, North East, parts of the Northwest and parts pf the South West are moving to tier 4 with much of the rest of the country are increasing to tier 3.
