The Fish Friers Review is produced by the National Federation of Fish Friers (NFFF). The NFFF works to protect and promote the interests of fish and chip businesses throughout the United Kingdom and the rest of the world.
The NFFF is dedicated to raising standards within the industry through training at our Training Academy or in shop qualifications and the NFFF Quality Accreditation – a scheme rewarding shops that provide top quality fish and chips in a clean, hygienic and safe environment.
